100% handmade in our French workshop

Like every piece leaving our workshop — established in Laguiole, Aveyron, in 1988 — this carving set is made entirely by hand. Nothing is outsourced. The blades are forged, fitted and polished by our craftsmen. The wood handles are individually selected, turned and fitted, species by species.

Wood is a living material: each species — juniper, olive, boxwood, ash or walnut — has its own grain, tone and feel. Simply specify your choice in the order comments and our workshop takes care of the rest.
