Ten centimetres. Closed, this Laguiole knife fits in the palm of your hand, slips into a jacket pocket or small bag. Discreet in daily use, ready when needed. Despite its small size, nothing is sacrificed in quality. Every piece leaves our Laguiole workshop, shaped by hand since 1988 following the same gestures passed down through generations.

100% handmade in our Laguiole workshop

Each knife represents approximately four hours of work. Nothing is outsourced. The spring is hand-guilloched — cut by cut — before being hardened. The bee is forged directly into the spring, an integral part, not added on. The wooden scales are manually adjusted to the bolster plates, then turned grain by grain to their final shape. The shepherd's cross is drilled and pinned in stainless steel or brass, 1 mm, by hand. The blade is polished, the bolsters buffed with cotton.

Established in Laguiole (Aveyron) since 1988, our workshop crafts authentic Laguiole knives — each piece is unique, within the natural variations of the materials used.
