The 11 cm Laguiole knife, a precise and feminine grip

Eleven centimetres closed: an intermediate size, designed for a secure grip without the bulk of a larger model. This format is particularly suited to women, but also to anyone looking for a compact, well-balanced pocket knife. Discreet in a pocket or bag, it remains substantial enough for genuine everyday use.

Like all our knives, it comes from our workshop in Laguiole, Aveyron, where we have been handcrafting knives since 1988. Nothing is outsourced: every piece is assembled, fitted and finished by our knifemaker.

100% French handcraft, made in our workshop

Each knife represents around four hours of work. The spring is hand-guilloched — here in the n°1 pattern — before being hardened. The bee is forged directly into the spring, an integral part, not added on. The acacia scales are manually fitted to the stainless liners, then shaped grain by grain to their final form. The shepherd's cross is drilled and pinned by hand. The blade is polished, the bolsters and wood buffed.

Established in Laguiole since 1988, our workshop crafts authentic Laguiole knives — each piece remains unique, within the natural variations of the wood.
