The two-piece Laguiole knife, 11 cm

This 11 cm two-piece model combines a straight blade and a corkscrew in a single handle, designed for a compact grip. Its reduced size makes it particularly well suited to a woman's hand, without losing any sturdiness. A sober design, true to the tradition of our workshop in Laguiole, Aveyron, since 1988.

The corkscrew is welded directly to the spring: it deploys firmly, grips the bottle, and folds back cleanly into the handle. A complete tool in a smaller format, always within reach.

100% French handcraft, from our workshop

Every knife leaves our Laguiole workshop complete. Nothing is outsourced. Each piece takes approximately four hours of work, from selecting the liners to finishing the handle.

The bee is welded to the spring and the spring file work is machine-made on this model. The handle scales are adjusted, riveted, then shaped and polished by hand through successive grains. The shepherd's cross is hand-engraved in stainless steel, matching the stainless bolsters.

Care and after-sales service

The 12C27 blade rinses clean after use and wipes dry. It takes an edge well on a fine stone or leather strop. Should any play develop over time, the knife returns to the workshop for adjustment. The lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects covers all components.
